Life Sharing.
From Autism Transition Handbook
Lifesharing: Lifesharing is living with and sharing life experiences with supportive persons who form a caring household. Life Sharing provides individuals with the opportunity to live in a natural family setting, with host families, while receiving support, treatment and services to improve quality of life and increase independence. The mission of lifesharing is to enrich the lives of people with disabilities by matching them with families or individuals who choose to open their homes and their hearts and share their lifestyle. Lifesharing can be done with one or two individuals with disabilities in one home. Contact Pennsylvania Lifesharing.
